Courses offered at Holmesglen focus on providing students with practical skills that are readily transferable to the workplace. This aspect of our courses provides employers with the knowledge that our graduates have practical experience in applying their skills.
Holmesglen has been offering courses to international students for more than 20 years and today there are students from more than 80 countries around the world studying at our three campuses.
Holmesglen is also an active participant in the global community providing specialist staff to work on overseas projects and delivering Australian qualifications with its offshore partner institutions. Holmesglen's capacity as a world leading vocational educator was recognised in 2007 when it was selected, with joint-partner the Victorian Department of Education, to assist the Bahrain government to reform its uppersecondary vocational education system. Since then, we have commenced a five-year project with Qatar Petroleum to provide training and consultancy services across its core workforce development needs.
Situated in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne close to shops, parks, public transport and only 20-30 minutes from the city centre, Holmesglen has a well established international focus and provides students with a secure pathway to university.
With an annual enrolment of over 45,000 students including nearly 4000 international students, today Holmesglen is an acknowledged leader in the field of vocational education in Australia. All courses offered at Holmesglen are accredited by the Australian Government. Diploma courses lead directly into degrees, with advanced standing, at Australian universities.
Tuition Fees and Intakes
Fees at Holmesglen range from AUD$11,300-$16,000 per year. All courses start in February each year with some courses also commencing in July and October.
