You must meet the following requirements to be able to apply the Visitor Visa:

• Have sufficient funds to cover the trip;
• Have an "incentive to return";
• Meet character requirements;
• Meet health requirements.

Australia Visitor Visa Conditions

The following conditions apply to this visa:

• You cannot work in Australia;
• Maximum 3 months study.
• Business Short Stay Visa Condition - valid for visits to Australia for business meetings, conventions, conferences; or a short term project (no longer than 6 weeks for the life of the visa) requiring a high level of skill. This does not include being employed by a company in Australia.
