Le Cordon Bleu came to Australia in 1996, opening the Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Culinary Arts Institute, with an aim to provide job ready graduates equipped with both the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and the coveted Le Cordon Bleu 'Superieure' qualification. More recently, an innovative two (2) year culinary arts program - Diplome in Professional Culinary Management has been developed by Le Cordon Bleu, specially geared to the international culinary arts industry. This course is considered a world leader in culinary education.
